Reclaim Your Creative Mind
Your HQ: the reliable, AI-native way to run Action-Powered Productivity, wired into the tools you already use, on files that stay yours.
Most people have only met one kind of AI: the chat that does its best with no real knowledge of your world, then guesses the rest. There's another way. Give it a real place to work—your files, your tools—and it stops guessing and starts doing the work you actually need. That's what we build together: eight weeks, with your real work.
Reclaim Your Creative Mind $238You don't have a discipline problem. You have a maintenance problem.
Think about where your best energy actually goes. Most of it never reaches the work that matters. It's spent keeping the machinery running: organizing, remembering, keeping everything current, hunting down what you need the moment you need it. The principles you've learned are sound, and they hold right up until the upkeep buries you. Then the system collapses, you start over with a new one, and the cycle begins again—a cycle you've probably lived through more than once.
And that's only half the load. What you do runs on what you know, and your knowledge carries the same trap: the notes, the highlights, the half-formed ideas, and the nagging question of whether any of it will surface when it would actually matter. It's the same maintenance and the same drain, the same creative energy spent keeping everything from falling apart.
None of this is a willpower failure. You've been holding an entire system—everything you do and everything you know—in a single human head, because that was the only option you had. It isn't the only option anymore. The first is the one everyone knows: you ask, it answers. But it's working blind—a blank slate, no real knowledge of your world—so it does its best, then fills the gaps with guesses. Useful, but you're always checking, and every conversation starts over. Most people assume that's as good as it gets.
It isn't. The second way is to give AI what it's missing: structure it can read, tools it can act with, a memory of your real work. Now it's working from what's true instead of guessing. Same AI, no longer working blind.
This course is about the second way.
HQ is the AI-native implementation of Action-Powered Productivity: the system you'll recognize if you know my work, rebuilt so your AI does the upkeep. It holds both halves of your work—everything you do and everything you know—in plain files you and your AI share.
The rest of this page is what it's made of, and how you'll build your own.
Your work can live in plain files on your computer, not locked in someone else's app, not in a format you'll lose. They're yours, and they stay yours. When your AI can touch them directly, you can build precise, custom tools around them cheaply, and you get more done.
Here's the part people get backwards: don't confuse the files with the system. The files are yours forever, with or without any AI. Everything else—the tools, the apps, the views—gets built on top. Obsidian, NotePlan, Tana, Notion: use whichever fits the job, or build your own. What matters isn't any single app. It's that your files stay yours, and your AI is wired correctly into the system you actually have.
Put the core of your system in files.
Once your AI can see your files, it can do far more than answer questions. But it doesn't go off and build whatever it wants. This is the real work of the course: as you build your system, you start to recognize the tools that would help. A connection to your calendar. A reliable way to file what lands in your inbox. A script that drafts tomorrow. You spot the need, and you and Claude work out together what it would take.
Then Claude does the building: the scripts and helpers, shaped to your material, but only for the jobs you've chosen, and only where you've granted access. Giving your AI access never means handing over the keys and hoping. Power grows one deliberate piece at a time. You name the job. Your AI tells you what it would need to see to do it. You decide what to grant, and nothing happens that you didn't.
That's the difference between a system you can trust and one you have to babysit: you're never guessing what it can touch, because you're the one who decided. Once the tools exist, many of them run on their own, and a lot of them don't even need AI.
None of this replaces your thinking. It clears the path for it. Used well, AI amplifies what only you can do and hands the rest to a system you can depend on.
Here's the catch: once your AI is wired in, a great deal gets easier. But getting there isn't magic. You have to learn a few things: how to assemble your files so your AI can work them, how to wire it into the tools you use, what to hand it and what to keep, and a handful of pitfalls worth avoiding.
It's both halves of the trap, too. We don't just wire up what you do. The same system helps you develop and surface what you know, so your reading, notes, and half-formed ideas turn into something you can actually act on instead of a pile you never get back to.
That's exactly what we do together, step by step, with your real work. You don't need to be technical. The building is your AI's job. You need to know enough to guide it well.
This is the full AI in Action session from June 1, 2026. I walk through the ideas on this page, then hand it off to the real thing: my own system, running live, with tasks, my agenda, email turned into action, the works. Not a polished promo. The actual working session, demoed in front of the group.
The complete AI in Action call · June 1, 2026
This isn't three modules in sequence. From day one you're building your HQ—a space you and Claude both work in—across three braided threads. You don't do the technical part; the toolmaking is Claude's job. I give you the foundation and teach you the methods.
The shared space where you and Claude both get things done, so a single sentence can finish real work from anywhere.
Your knowledge, kept alive—because what you do runs on what you know.
Claude dreams the mechanical dreams overnight, so the big ones stay yours.
By the end, what you do and what you know live in one place your AI helps run and maintain, so your creative energy goes to the work only you can do.

"To say something is life-changing—that phrase gets tossed around a lot, but this literally feels like an inflection point. There's a 'before this course' and an 'after this course' for me. I'm in control of my life in a way that I simply was not previously."Steve Hoffman author of A Season for That: Lost and Found in the Other Southern France
"It's interesting for me comparing and contrasting this to a certain other very well-known productivity course that I did not that long ago for six times as much money. I've got 10 times as much out of this for one-sixth of the financial investment."Laurie Harrison online learning specialist
"This course has significantly boosted my productivity and confidence. The APP system is effective, practical, and has positively transformed my task management. Overall, it's been a game-changer in my daily routine."Penny Olorenshaw

"I don't have time for an 8-week course."
That's exactly why you need this. You'll save more time than you invest starting in week one. All sessions are recorded. And freeing your creative mind from maintenance work is worth far more than 16 hours of your life.
"I've tried productivity systems before and they didn't stick."
That's because you were trying to maintain them with just your human brain. This time, your AI maintains the system for you. The principles stick because you're not relying on willpower alone.
"I'm not technical enough for AI."
You don't need to be. The building is your AI's job. Your job is to guide it well, and I teach you exactly what that takes from day one. If you can have a conversation, you can do this. The starter kit makes it easier still.
"Isn't it risky to give AI access to my files?"
You're never handing over the keys and hoping. Access grows one deliberate piece at a time: you name the job, your AI tells you what it would need to see, and you decide what to grant. Nothing it reaches for on its own. You're always the one who decided what it can touch, and we cover exactly how to do that safely.
"Will this work with my tools?"
Yes, and it's a big part of what we do. Your AI gets wired into the tools you already use: Obsidian or NotePlan working right on your files, or Tana and Notion connected in. We start from files because that's the strongest foundation, but we meet your work where it already lives.
"Do I have to use Obsidian?"
No. Obsidian is one good option because it works directly on your files, but you can use NotePlan, bring in Tana or Notion, or build your own view. The course is about wiring your AI into your system, whatever that system is.
"This sounds like AI hype."
This is the opposite of hype. I cut through the productivity theater to teach practical skills that solve real problems. No magic bullets. No shortcuts. Just implementation that works.
"When does the course start and finish?"
The next cohort begins the week of June 22, 2026. 8 weeks, 16 live sessions (2 per week), all recorded. The specific schedule will be confirmed when enrollment opens.
"What if I'm not satisfied?"
Week 1 Guarantee: Complete the first week. If you're not convinced it's worth your time and money, request a full refund. No questions asked.
"What if I'd rather not go it alone?"
You don't have to. Course participants can add one-on-one setup time with me—$150 for a single session, or $375 for three—redeemable starting June 17, based on availability. We get your system wired in together, on your real work.
"How long do I have access to the content?"
All content available indefinitely in the APP community.
You understand what matters. You know what you're capable of. But your creative energy goes to maintenance instead of creation.
In 8 weeks, you can change that. Not through willpower, but through a system your AI helps run and maintain, so your creative energy goes to the work that engages your passion and unique insight.
The next cohort starts soon. Join us.
